Ingredients:
White onion (1/2)
Ground beef (1/2 pound)
Ground cumin (1 and 1/2 teaspoons)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Chili powder (1 teaspoon)
Corn or flour tortilla chips (4 cups)
Canned black beans (1 cup)
Sliced Jalapeño (1)
Shredded Mexican cheese (2 cups)
Crumbled cheese, (1 ounce)
Thinly sliced radishes (2)
1/2 avocado
Cilantro (Handful)
Leaves picked

Process:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. in an average sauté pan. Set over standard heat and insert a teaspoon of olive oil. At what time the oil is boiling, insert the diced onion and cook about 2 to 3 minutes till translucent. Put in the ground beef and smash it up with a wooden spoon. Sprinkle the ground cumin with the ground beef, salt and chili powder. Mix up it and cook about 5 to 7 minutes till the beef turns browned. Take off the temperature and set to the side.
Attach one thin layer of chips on an oven-proof plate or baking sheet. Top with a little tablespoon of ground beef, cheese and beans. Include a new layer of chips and then repeat with how many layers you like to add (3 layers preferred). Move to the oven about 10 minutes and heat till the cheese is just melt.
Decorate the top part of nachos with sliced jalapeño, radishes, cheese crumbles, cilantro and diced avocado.

Now the Nachos is ready to serve.
